This evening promises to be a lively session. Please try to be there at
the 6:30pm start.
Come meet Ed Brill, Lotus's worldwide sales leader for Notes/Domino, and
famous blogger, to discuss how IBM's Workplace strategy is playing in the
real world along with a view of the competitive landscape. Get the points
you need to help you with internal discussions about Notes projects, about
Lotus/IBM's direction, and about how Lotus/IBM beats the competition. Ed
brings almost eleven years' experience helping companies like yours on
making the most of their Lotus investments.
Percussion Software's Vern Imrich, CTO, will present practical ways to
marry Web services with existing Domino technologies to gain increasing
value from Domino today.
Increasingly Domino developers are being asked to extend Domino applications
and associated content across the enterprise (e.g., for use in WebSphere,
NET, etc.). Domino offers
integration using open standard technologies such as DXL and the Java API.
In addition, Web services are becoming a de facto standard for application
integration.
