Pricing
Terms and Conditions

We charge our customers an hourly rate for the services we provide. There is a minimum charge of one hour. After the first hour, services are billed in 15 minute increments. Hourly rates include travel time. They do not include purchases made on behalf of our clients, or services secured for our clients through third party vendors.

à la Carte Pricing
  • Our hourly personal concierge service charge is $45/hr.

    Monthly Retainer
    Clients have the option to retain our personal concierge services for a specified number of hours on a monthly basis. Hours are prepaid at the beginning of each month with a minimum of eight hours. When retaining our personal concierge services on a monthly basis, the hourly rate is reduced based on the number of hours contracted.

    Rewards
    As a thank you to our customers we have created a program to reward your loyalty. There is more than one way to earn points towards free services.

    Cancellations
    We ask that you provide us with 24 hours notice when cancelling a service request.

    Payments
    Currently we accept checks, money orders, cash and traveler's checks.
  • Monthly retainers must be paid for up front.
  • Payment for all à la carte services is due upon completion.
  • Charges incurred as a result of a service request i.e. ticket purchase, grocery shopping, are due upon completion of the service.

    Hours of Operation
  • Our regular business hours are Monday - Friday 9AM to 6PM
  • Weekends/Evenings can be requested. We are available Saturday 9AM to 4PM, and Sunday noon - 5PM, as well as evenings by appointment. The hourly charge for personal concierge services during these times is $50 (not including pet sitting).
  • Holiday rates are $60/hr with availability from 9AM - 5PM
